The journal Boletín Mexicano de Derecho Comparado is published three times a year by UNAM’s Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas. Dissemination within Mexico and abroad of the research carried out by the Institute constituted the original idea of the journal in order to provide scholars, lawyers, and the public in general with relevant law information.

The original objective remains unchanged and the journal encourages the participation as authors and in the editorial work of national and foreign jurists.

Notwithstanding its historical name the journal publishes original works referred to all areas of law dealing or not with the comparative element.

The journal is also indexed by:
