Revista Mexicana de Medicina Familiar (RMMF)  is the official journal of the Federación Mexicana de Especialistas y Residentes en Medicina Familiar (FedMexMF),  which is the family medicine organization that integrates the Medical Societies in this field. RMMF aims to be  an encouraging scientific publication model which disseminates, through quality, originality and applicability writings, current knowledge and family medicine development in the fields of health care, research, management and medical education. Therefore, guiding and stablishing criteria among professionals responsible for solving health problems of people, families and the community.
 
Revista Mexicana de Medicina Familiar is a peer reviewed journal that publishes quarterly in Spanish in open access. RMMF is addressed to teachers, students of medicine, nursing, nutrition, social work, psychology, and stomatology (at a technical level, undergraduate or postgraduate), doctors or related professionals and to managers responsible for the public or private health system.
