SALAS DURAZO, Iván Alejandro    GARCIA BATIZ, María Luisa. Labor Incorporation of Postgraduates Considering Gender Segregation. Case of University of Guadalajara. []. , 28, 99, pp.1081-1102.   26--2024. ISSN 1405-6666.

This paper examines the labor incorporation of postgraduates from the Universidad de Guadalajara considering four aspects: 1) labor characteristics, 2) employment perception, 3) assessment of the programs pertinence, 4) development of academic / research activities. We use gender as control. Methodologically, we used hypothesis tests in order to identify the presence of gender gaps. We processed information from 46 postgraduate programs considering specialty, master´s and doctorate´s programs during 2020. As principal findings, we observed adverse gender gaps for the female graduates applicable in both working conditions and research development making evident their multidimensional and intricate nature.
