Throughout the new Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), such as augmented and virtual realities, innovation in Anatomy and Physiology teaching may be improved. The aim of this paper is to analyze the augmented and virtual realities perceptions in high school student’s through teaching-learning process in Anatomy and Physiology subjects. The article carries out a mixed focus research, with the usage of action-research method -an adapted questionnaire of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) was used as the main tool, also the YouTube Google Cardboard functions.
