During the period 2019-2023, digital misinformation has become a global challenge, particularly in Ibero-America, sparking new discussions about its negative effects that, in turn, impact the democratic systems of states. Based on a documentary analysis of the object of study, digital misinformation, this research proposes the implementation of the Cryptographic Lexicon using Blockchain technology as an innovative solution. The Cryptographic Lexicon aims to ensure the authenticity of online information and promote digital literacy, enabling individuals to discern between reliable and deceptive information. However, its implementation faces challenges such as data protection, privacy, and public education. Collaboration among technical experts, regulators, and legal professionals, along with effective public education, is essential to overcome these obstacles and build an informed and critical society in the digital era.
