Abstract

VAZQUEZ ARREGUIN, R. et al. Propiedades eléctricas, ópticas y estructurales de películas delgadas de SnO2 nanoestructuradas, depositadas a partir de acetilacetonatos. Rev. mex. fis. [online]. 2011, vol.57, n.2, pp.162-165. ISSN 0035-001X.

Tin oxide (SnO2) thin films, were deposited using ultrasonic spray pyrolysis technique. The films were deposited on glass substrates using tin acetylacetone dichloride [(C5H8O2)2SnCl2], as raw material, and, N, N-DMF as solvent, at temperatures from 400 to 550°C. The optical, electric and structural properties of thin films obtained using an organometalic precursor are presented.

Keywords : Thin films; transparent conductor layer.
