Abstract

The research carry out by employees at public research and development institutions is an important work that should be analyzed from different perspectives and the purpose of this document is to address it from the labour approach. Therefore, after making a brief overview of the domestic patent system and the use of the patent system by such institutions, it analyzes the labor law in regard to employees' inventions particularly regarding elements such as ownership of patents and the cases where the inventor has the right to have a share of the benefits.
