Abstract

In the mexican federal electoral law, the per saltum or cerciorary before judgment, was created by the judges instead of the legislator, althoug there were some procedural institutions similars. Adicionally, in the mexican procedural electoral law, the cerciorary before judgment has no an authoritary nature but warrantist.
