Abstract

BUSTILLOS, Julio. Human Rights and Constitutional Protection: A brief Study on Same-Sex Marriage in Mexico and in Comparative Perspective. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2011, vol.44, n.132, pp.1017-1045. ISSN 2448-4873.

This paper shows un empirical comparative analysis on Same-Sex Marriage nowadays situation in several countries of America and Europe, about its laws, number of couples and its gender, its statistical relation to heterosexuals marriages and to couples in married life, as well as marriages celebrated under judicial order. Offers also un chronological panoramic on Same-Sex Marriage legalizing process in Mexico, as well as the recognition and use of its Constitutional Rights, determined through Judicial Courts' decisions.
