Abstract

This work reviews the legal norms applied to science and technology in four countries, in a comparative analysis. As a first level of analysis, we consider the constitution of the countries analyzed. In a second level, se present national laws. We analyze the scope and relevance of scientific activities; constitutional provisions concerning science and technology; general laws for the educational sector; general laws regarding research and development; and general laws regarding industrial property.
