Abstract

The content of this article refers to the competence education, it has innovative features, the teacher is an instructor of knowledge, and the students actively participate in the classroom, using their skills to achieve meaningful learning. Students build knowledge according to the investigation and guidance of teachers continue. The main skills in training law graduates are the interpretation, systematization, integration, argumentation and application; and know how to reflect, identify, select, master and integrate the social problems they will face in the profession. The competence education should be taught in most universities so that students are more creative study their knowledge and succeed in implementing them.
