This article focuses on the formation of fascist and totalitarian culture in the 20th century analysing the text of Benito Mussolini, La doctrina del fascismo, and how the nuclear ideas of fascism reverberated in Carl Schmitt, specially his Staat, Bewegung, Volk. The identification of the conceptual origins of the fascism must give a better understanding of its modern way of appearance and the ways of its attack to the contemporary Rule of Law.
