Abstract

VERDIN PEREZ, Jaime Arturo. Rights of Victims of Human Rights Violations. A Look from The Comprehensive Reparation and the Compliance of Judgments. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2020, vol.53, n.157, pp.333-352.  Epub Dec 13, 2021. ISSN 2448-4873.  https://doi.org/10.22201/iij.24484873e.2020.157.15234.

The work that is proposed in the following lines, starts from the inference that there is a direct link between human rights violations, the obligation to repair the damage and compliance with international judicial decisions that order such reparation, since the sentence itself and its effective compliance constitutes a form of reparation for victims of human rights violations.

Keywords : Compliance with Judgments; Comprehensive Reparation; Victims; Violations of Human Rights.
