Abstract

CORREA-SANDOVAL, Alfonso  and  SALAZAR RODRIGUEZ, María del Carmen. Gastrópodos terrestres del sur de Nuevo León, México. Acta Zool. Mex [online]. 2005, vol.21, n.2, pp.51-61. ISSN 2448-8445.

Forty three genera, 81 species and 14 subspecies of terrestrial gastropods belonging to 23 families are recorded for the southern region of the state of Nuevo León. Eighteen species are new records. The families with the largest number of species are the Spiraxidae (16), Urocoptidae (9) and Pupillidae (8). Those species with the greatest distribution are Gastrocoptapellucida and Pupisoma discoricolainsigne. Eighty six species of terrestrial gastropods for the state of Nuevo León are recorded.
