In the novel, describing experiences of both life and death and history can rely on them to recover more fully the spirit of a people. Kafka wrote in German, the official language for teaching and administration, (which meant the imposition him) as a witness to the narrative of what the texts were produced and Czech Jews as Brod, Rilke and Urzidil, among others.
