Abstract

MULLER CREEL, Oscar A.. The civil responsibility of the public servant in the combat against corruption. Rev. mex. cienc. polít. soc [online]. 2012, vol.57, n.214, pp.165-185. ISSN 0185-1918.

This paper analyses the phenomenon of corruption as an activity harmful to society, as well as the existence of the legal systems combating corruption and their analysis regard to Mexican law. It determines the possi- bility of civil liability to civil servants as well as the corrupter, through a background analysis and the evidence leading to it. The document also studies the action Qui Tam, it background in the Anglo law systems and the possibility to establish this instrument in the Mexican law.
