Abstract

LOPEZ, Emiliano. The role of the actors with informal ability of veto states public expenditure in post-neoliberal Argentina (2002-2008). Rev. mex. cienc. polít. soc [online]. 2012, vol.57, n.215, pp.97-114. ISSN 0185-1918.

The actual work discusses the importance of informal veto players for the determination of some public policies in Argentina after the neoliberal model crisis. In particular, it realizes a new lecture of standard models of actors with veto power to incorporate unemployed movements that emerged in Argentina in a period of consolidation and crisis neoliberalism. It also evaluate the capacity of these new organizations to act in pursuit of modifying the status quo of the social expenditure policies.
