The Secretary of Public Education (SEP) developed the called National in Service Training Courses (CNA) to engage secondary science teachers to curricular reform of1993. To make a reform of these nature is necessary to analyze the teacher conceptions about the nature of science and learning. Principally is necessary to know the level of comprehension and transformation reached on teachers with the courses. In these exploratory study some initial transformation about nature of science and learning on physics, biology and chemistry teachers is showed. The analysis is made over three main categories: Contents, reform conceptual commitments and practice teaching. The results shown that teachers who pass the CNA can reach some better understanding about science topics, nevertheless, the conceptual transformation is not reached and there are not any change in the teachers' classes, only some new word are incorporated to the educational teachers' language. Some considerations about the reasons of these results are made.
