Abstract

The university environment is undergoing significant changes that pose threats and opportunities to such institutions. Universities, however, must take full advantage of this situation in order to assure survival. Thus, redesigning of graduation is a tool that allows universities to face such changes. In order to do so, identification of competencies demanded by companies from graduate students upon their incorporation to the labor market is a must. The purpose of this paper is the validation of measurement models of different modules of competencies analyzed: Career Content, Social Skills, Methodological Skills and Participative Competencies. Results obtained allow for the confirmation of measurement models suggested for each group of competencies.
