Abstract

At the School of Nutrition and Dietetic of the University of Antioch during 2004, a study of qualitative character was carried out. Characterized axes were used to support the organizational success, according to the Integral Management approach, that is, strategy, structure and culture. We generated our versions of that reality but they are no intended to be a final conclusion but to obtain a greater understanding of reality, along with their actors point of view These results should be considered as an important contribution for the future visualization and to develop a school plan that will count with an organization support along with a strong human group that wants to make it a reality.
