An efficiency analysis of the process of socio-economic integration of a trained individual, demands an exhaustive knowledge of the complex and heterogeneous relationship between the aptitudes and personal expectations on one hand and the particularities of the regional socio-productive frame where the workplace is located on the other hand. The adjustment and accuracy of this study will enable an optimal selection of the public measures, which will be characterized by both their broadness and their diversity, concerning their number and the involved economic agents. Therefore is must be the appropriate mix and flexibility of the aforementioned politics -whose origin is find models economics presents- what ensures the best solution to any particular case.
