Abstract

Knowledge is a set of activities which are directed to create intellectual resources; there are several studies in European universities to measure it, but those studies are not easy to apply in Mexico. Our aim is to evaluate the metric quality of indicators of the intellectual capital generated from a statistical base in an institution of higher education. Indicators were identified from the theory, there was evaluated their metric quality and to classify them accord to factorial loads. Thirteen indicators were obtained that revealed factors involved in the generation and utilization of the intellectual capital.
