Under international instruments signed by the Mexican government in relation to the issues of migration and human rights is relevant to analyze its translation in the southern border management, the famous gateway to Central America and the Caribbean, from one of the least known and most neglected: the Mexico-Belize border. In that vein we present the context of the land border region known as Rio Hondo, where for decades thousands of migrants have crossed clandestinely and many others have settled integrating into family and community life in this wide area. Within these mobility experiences become more important those aged processes characterized by cross-border dynamics as it turns out temporary work in the labor market dominated by agribusiness wit Sugar Pucté San Rafael, in the state of Quintana Roo.
