In the last two decades of the 20th century, the Latin American productive structure underwent a strong disarticulation, due to the application of economic policies which generated a high social cost, and have fuctuated between Keynesianism and Neoliberalism. For such reason, the objective of this work is to analyze the endogenous development model as an option to rearm the Latin American productive system from the humane perspective, starting from a bibliographical revision that methodologically pertains to the hermeneutic perspective. As a result, we obtained the outline of some generic categories, that aim towards an imaginary focused in the active participation of the local community to lead the structural change. It requires an anthropo-politics, sustained by a human planning, where the State creates the regulating frame, exerts a subsidiary function and does not act as a benefactor. The rearmament of the productive system must prioritize the human aspect, aimed at the satisfaction of its requirements, by means of the good job performed by its actors, as a cause for the enterprise coexistence at the local level, in a competitive-complementary relation which forms an interindustrial weave integrated by the large, medium and small companies, including microentrepreneurs and the social economy sector, in a frank interdependence with the environment.
