This article examines points of contact between queer studies and Lacanian psychoanalysis with regard to male homosexuality. After presenting relevant concepts, the author works on the analytical concepts of male/female object, the order of the real, the status of sexuation, the conception of reality, the scope of perversion, the difference between drive and instinct, and, finally, how all of these can combine with the queer theory of homosexuality.
