The prognosis depends mainly on the associated cardiac malformations. The case of a patient with a diagnosis of heterotaxy syndrome during the first trimester is presented. The ultrasound patterns obtained during the first trimester screening that helped to integrate the diagnosis of this entity are detailed, as well as the associated cardiac anomalies. Management must contemplate a multidisciplinary team, which provides timely management, which will be mainly surgical, focused on cardiac malformations.
