Investigation about the first steps of the Mexico City's government formation, in the whiteness Nation-State's context formation; this period goes since the Federal and Centralists Republics, who appears and disappears till the instance of the 1824 Constituent Congress just before the Ayutla's Plan and the 1857 Constitution.
