Abstract

CORTES, Martín. ¿Qué hay de nuevo, viejo? El Estado y la estrategia política, entre Nikos Poulantzas y el marxismo abierto. Argumentos (Méx.) [online]. 2012, vol.25, n.68, pp.161-219. ISSN 0187-5795.

This paper compares the concepts of State and Political Strategy in the texts of Nikos Poulantzas, particularly in State, Power, Socialism -his latest book, in 1978-, and the Works of the so-called Open Marxism, taking mostly John Holloway and Werner Bonefeld's texts. The hipothesys argues that Poulantzas develpoments on the concept of State were eihter neglected or rejected without a deep analysis by Open Marxism. Also, the paper argues that the developments of Poulantzas bear more affinity with Open Marxism thatit's usually thought by the authors of this school. It is even posible say that, in some points, is not too much what they add to Poulantzas's work.

Keywords : State; Poulantzas; open marxism.
