Abstract

GAVILAN GARCIA, Irma Cruz  and  LOPEZ SANTIAGO, Norma Ruth. Teaching the validation of analytical methods: experimental protocols of forensic chemistry. Educ. quím [online]. 2020, vol.31, n.2, pp.81-90.  Epub Jan 25, 2021. ISSN 0187-893X.  https://doi.org/10.22201/fq.l8708404e.2020.2.71678.

This document presents a proposal of experimental protocols in the context of Forensic Chemistry for the development and validation, in which additional aspects of the chemistry career and the application of these to plausible situations were addressed in order to highlight the importance of generating reliable results that support legal controversy. The teaching and learning process is achieved since, in the end, the student is able to obtain the validation parameters for the type of qualitative tests established in the proposed protocols.

Keywords : Forensic chemistry; validation; experimental protocol.
