The tradition of rural studies place the space and occupation in primary activities like analytical axes and the rural sociology like legitimated discipline, but several perspectives might complement the social studies on what’s rural. The field of rural social studies constitutes an option for multidisciplinary analysis. The scientific knowledge becomes object of low systematization the scientific field’s referential frame. The sociology of knowledge, theoretical and methodological strategy, privileges the identification of social determinants and internal procedures generated by the scientists in Cuba, reflects historic, theoreticians and methodological journeys and they evidence the development in the expeditious science political economy society.
