Abstract

SANCHEZ CORREA, Luis Manuel  and  ARROYO MARTINEZ, Simona. Administrative and Technological Innovation as a Strategy for Addressing the Current Challenges of the Vertical Real Estate Market: A Theoretical Review. Econ: teor. práct [online]. 2022, n.57, pp.71-93.  Epub Sep 05, 2022. ISSN 2448-7481.  https://doi.org/10.24275/etypuam/ne/572022/sanchez.

The exponential growth in the vertical real estate development market presents an opportunity for construction of sustainable homes distinguished by quality, architecture and sustainability. Since development companies seek administrative strategies that allow them to respond to these demands, the aim of this research is to carry out theoretical analysis, using hermeneutics in the methodology, and identify variables that contribute to generating administrative and technological innovation in organizations. Some of our findings show that knowledge management, organizational climate and quality management act as variables in organizations that lead to the development of administrative innovation, while technological innovation is achieved through academic linkages, competitive strategies, adopting information systems and current business models and lastly, applying empirical actions.

Keywords : Technological innovation; administrative innovation; vertical real estate developments; O32.
