This research consideres as fundamental the geographic-historical study in the interpretation of spatial organization. The essential purpose of this article is to define the economic-regional structure of New Galicia (a province of New Spain) around the middle of the 18th century, in accordance with José Antonio de Villaseñor's book: Theatro Americano.
