The social construction of the space is inserted in a new geographic setting that take new dimensions. The global condition acquired by the production processes, social relation and cultural expressions, in spite of homogenizing processes, these are specific in the level of countries and communities. The social construction of the space in the ex lago of Texcoco from the middle of the forties, efforts, works, daily life and hope of progress were important part to the elements that propelled the construction of dwellings, and the negotiation and introduction of public services. In the eighties, the normalization of the lands the consolidation of dwellings, the rise of commercial equipment, and the new cultural patterns, made it look well on the area, their relations with the exterior and expanded the geographic scales.
