The article focuses on the emerging kind of amorous migration, which began to be noticed during the nineties. This phenomenon takes place within a global society and the transformation of patterns of gender-relations as well as of the concept of love itself, which particularly affects women who migrate individually. They are migrants who get "dependently incorporated" into the country they move to, and who deny the migratory condition which that entails. In most cases, they have no returning plans.
