The distinction between economic and technological globalization and cultural globalization or mundialization is relevant to show the configuration of the identities and its insertion in global, national and local spaces. In addition, the processes of globalization that generate exclusion and inequality, and that are different but near from the dynamics of culture, open the need to generate human development projects democratic and accessibles in the space of cultural politics.
