Abstract
GIRON, Alicia. Circuitos financieros y laborales transfronterizos. Prob. Des [online]. 2007, vol.38, n.151, pp.63-86. ISSN 0301-7036.
Cross-border financial and labor circuits in regional spaces are the result of a profound and accelerated process of migration accompanied by remittances. They also reflect the transformation of productive structures in the global orbit and the challenges of economic and social inequality. They go beyond conventional monetary theory and money creation by the Central Bank. The multi-disciplinary and trans-disciplinary debate through which financial and labor circuits are tackled today have meant that the discussion in relation to economic and social rights is frontier knowledge.
Keywords : migration; remittances; human economic and social rights; macroeconomic policies.
