Esthesioneuroblastoma is a neoplasm of the olfactory neuroepithelium cells, it has a low incidence of 0.4 per million inhabitants. It is characterized by symptoms such as sinusitis, epistaxis, headache, visual impairment, nasal obstruction, hyposmia, and rhinorrhea. We present the case of a 29-year-old male patient with Kadish C stage esthesioneuroblastoma, who was scheduled for surgical resection under total intravenous anesthesia with satisfactory results during the surgical procedure.
