Abstract
RIVERO, Ignacio A. and ACEVES, Rosalva. Síntesis de BOP (acoplador de péptidos) en fase sólida. Rev. Soc. Quím. Méx [online]. 2000, vol.44, n.2, pp.97-100. ISSN 0583-7693.
This work describes the solid-phase synthesis of BOP (BOP-resin). Synthesis of BOP-resin initially requiered covalent attachment of HMPA to the Merrifield's resin. This process will avoid the release of the highly carcinogenic reagent HMPA as happens when BOP is used in solution. The Merrifield's resin was consecutively treated with methylamine, triphosgene, hydroxybenzotriazole and potassium hexafluorophosphate to give rise to BOP supported on the Merrifield's resin. BOP-resin (2) was used in the preparation of N'-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-2,4-dioxoquinazolin-3N-ylacetyl tryptophan methyl ester (10).
