Since the beginning of mankind there has been a permanent need to have a long and healthy life. In this way, initially intuitive knowledge has been developed to control bleeding and preserve life. As history progressed, and wars and their events developed, they developed practices, techniques and knowledge regarding trauma management, specifically vascular. This was achieved through trial and error reaching the level of today, where not only efforts are made to preserve life, but also the functionality and integrity of the organs and limbs.
