Insulinoma’s are infrequent neuroendocrine tumors originated in pancreatic beta cells most of them are treated with surgery. We present a case of a 51 year old woman with Whipple’s triad and an image of a neuroendocrine tumor identified by ultrasound. Laparoscopic enuclation of the tumor is performed.
