Abstract

Introduction:

Testicular tuberculosis is a rare disease and requires a high diagnostic suspicion. As well as its low clinical correlation, its rare appearance and high association with HIV-AIDS make its prognosis bad regardless of the age of onset.

Clinical case:

Male, 33 years old with testicular tuberculosis diagnosed as a result of intestinal occlusion symptoms.

Conclusion:

Testicular tuberculosis is an extremely rare entity, with unspecific manifestations whose diagnosis requires high suspicion.
