Abstract

The central intention of this article is to explore and to analyze the measures stimulated by the Centro Azucarero Argentino, corporate association that integrated the sugar manufacturers of Argentina, in the frame of the crisis of overproduction. This boarding will allow us to examine the impact that the decrease of the price of the sugar had towards the interior of the sugar sector, the strategies implemented by the corporation, the relation with the State agencies, nationals and provincials, and the different existing conceptions on the physiognomy that the agroindustrial complex should adopt.
