BERNAL, Juan Pablo; BERAMENDI OROSCO, Laura E.; LUGO-IBARRA, Karina C.  and  DAESSLE, Luis Walter. Review to some radiometric geochronometers applicable to the Quaternary. Bol. Soc. Geol. Mex [online]. 2010, vol.62, n.3, pp.305-323. ISSN 1405-3322.

This paper describes the systematics of the main dating systems for geological and environmental processes during the late-Quaternary (<500,000 years), specifically 14C, 210Pb, and 238U-234U-230Th. A short discussion is presented on the variety of samples amenable to dating, along with the advantages and limitations of the geochronological systems described here.

Keywords : Dating; 14C; 210Pb; 137Cs; U Series.
