Abstract

REY, Rosario Del  and  ORTEGA, Rosario. Violencia interpersonal y gestión de la disciplina. Un estudio preliminar. RMIE [online]. 2005, vol.10, n.26, pp.805-832. ISSN 1405-6666.

This articles explores, within a sample of students from compulsory secondary education in Andalusia, Spain, the implications of interpersonal violence and the students' conceptions of and experience with the disciplinary system established in their school. The study's objective is to discover the possible relationship between tríese phenomena and their nature. The results show that the students involved in problems of violence are those who perceive the disciplinary model as more paradoxical and less coherent.

Keywords : School violence; interpersonal relations; disciplinary problems; secondary education; Spain.
