The first part of this article compiles research centered on service-learning; the discussion indicates the absence of descriptive studies on the topic. Therefore, the second part presents the preparation of an instrument to compile information; in concrete, a questionnaire to evaluate service-learning projects from the viewpoint of university students, the general objective of this study. The instrument presented has been validated and can be transferred to other research with objectives that are the same or similar to those discussed in this article.
