In lapsing of the history of Mexico the indigenous population it has presented ups and downs in their social and demographic components, arriving in the times of the globalization with a significant population in the national territory and in the Latin American context. How many ethnic-linguistic groups there is, which their geographical distribution is, which they are the indicators that have been used to define the natives that you differ we find among ethnic and linguistic groups, and which the official indicators have been for its count, it is what is exposed article presently.
