Abstract

The migration between Mexico and USA has been existed since many years ago, however, the information about migrants minors is not enough; so that, in this document we made a diagnostic about migrants minors, mainly of the State of Mexico. This paper talks about vulnerability of minors migrants who are can be too vulnerable because exist different factors that increase their vulnerability, for example: being minors and being migrants. In the data report of National Institute of Geography and Statistics (INEGI) for the 2000 and 2010, we can view that the number of returns of minors migrants has been grown, in 2000 year this quantity was of 73 544 and in 2010 year was 176 345. In the end section of this paper, were maden some proposals concerning of the development of government policy about this topic and allocating financial resources for research of the migrants minors.
