Abstract

BAHENA-DELGADO, Gregorio  and  TORNERO-CAMPANTE, Mario Alberto. Diagnostics of the small irrigation family production units in the sub-basin of the Yautepec river, Morelos. Econ. soc. territ [online]. 2009, vol.9, n.29, pp.165-184. ISSN 2448-6183.

In 2002 a field study was carried out in order to identify the capabilities and shortages of the resources that limit the agricultural modernisation processes of the family production units with small irrigation. The results showed that these producers have natural and human resources but are older, have limited education and present higher emigration. Only one member in each family works in agricultural activities.
