Abstract

ANDERE M, Eduardo. Las leyes, la política y la alta política educativa. Cuest. Const. [online]. 2007, n.16, pp.3-42. ISSN 1405-9193.

According with international statistic the Mexican education level shows a considerable gap compared to countries with the highest educational levels, due to the centralized educational model which started as a solution for the social, cultural, economic and demographic diversity in our country, but since the big meddling of the Educational Laborers National Union and the excessive expenses in salaries and compensations, the inequality among different regions and States of the country have increased. For that reason the author proposes a non-centralized educational policy with state autonomy and special conditions to regional and local necessities focusing on quality and equity avoiding the interests of pressure groups above the interest of mexicans.

Keywords : Educational gap; non-centralized; educational quality; state autonomy; demographic diversity.
