Abstract

The work enters to us in a chronological way in the diverse discussions generated around the Italian constitution and its reforms regarding the bicameral system and distribution of legislative competitions in a State or Regions. In addition, the article provides diverse positions of the political actors in Italy, placing us in a temporary context of Italy and expose the diverse detonating factors of social, political and economic nature that push each reform and the circumstances that entail political parties and critical mass to be against new reforms or to make reforms benefit each group.
